Apple

Cups flour
3 Cups finely chopped apples
2 Cups sugar ( half brown, half white)
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons soda
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 Cup vegetable oil
3 Eggs
2 Cups chopped nuts
2 Teaspoons vanilla
Preheat
over to 350. Grease muffin tins. Thorouhgly combine apples and
sugar, then add the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add
oil, egg, nuts and vanilla. Then mix in flour. The batter will
be very thick and gooey. Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake
about 30 minutes. Can be frozen.
