No-Crust Quiche

4 Beaten Eggs
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Butter Milk Baking Mix
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1/2 Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
3/4 Cup Smoked Salmon Flaked or 1/2 Cup Cumbled cooked Bacon (Optional)

Beat ingredients together with wire whisk. Pour into large pie pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
